Vendor Information:

  • Tables and any setup will be sole responsibility of the Vendor

  • Vendor Application and fee are due no later than August 4, 2024, unless otherwise determined by the Festival Committee.

  • $35 Fee for vendors classified as a political entity

  • $30 Fee for all vendors selling items

  • No Fee for all non-profits/educational organizations

  • Include check or certified money order made out to PARTP and mail with application to:

  • Payments may also be made online via PayPal/credit/debit card at https://www.partp.org/ using the Donate tab.

  • All vendor or exhibitor applications will be reviewed for participant approval. Submitted applications will be considered as pending until further confirmation and notice from a committee representative

  • If possible, photos of previous event participation with application are welcome and appreciated. This will help us to obtain a visual point of reference.
